Physician Leader for Comprehensive Patient Care

We are seeking an exceptional Physician to join our team at The Rock Medical Centre as a General Practitioner. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and providing top-notch patient care.
Job Summary:
As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing medical conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. We require a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring seamless communication with other medical staff.
Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
Conducting thorough physical examinations to identify health issues and develop effective treatment strategies.
Developing personalized health plans, promoting healthy habits, and empowering patients to take control of their wellness.
Ordering diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and X-rays, to aid in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
Collaborating with other medical professionals to evaluate patient health, share knowledge, and provide comprehensive care.
Prescribing and administering medications, treatments, and vaccinations to prevent and treat diseases.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to patients, addressing health concerns, and advocating for patient well-being.
Maintaining accurate patient records, reporting births, deaths, and contagious diseases to relevant authorities.
Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
Valid licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
Successful completion of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II).
College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) or equivalent.
Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC).
