Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven professional to join our team as a Technical Data Analyst. As a key member of our Global Functions Technology (GFT) Chief Operating Office (COO) Tableau team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting reporting and visualization services for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards using Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, including automated processes to populate them with data from various sources.
  • Participate in regular intake, status, and reporting on the status of requests.
  • Support platform maintenance activities, including administering user permissions, platform access, and security.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or equivalent.
  • General understanding of data management tools and technologies, including SQL DBs and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and metric design, data mining, and storytelling.
  • Advanced experience with Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Strong analytical and data organization skills.
