You should also have a strong focus on process improvement and be able to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Real Estate & Facilities projects, ranging from smaller facility improvements to full construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support successful project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Communicate key lease details (e.g., term, base rent, utilities) with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and manage rent payments, and coordinate with property managers on additional charges.
  • Assist finance teams in planning operational expenditures (opex) and capital expenditures (capex) for real estate and facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate project management, lease administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning and lease administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial software.

Elevate Your Career
