About the Opportunity

- Review credit limits and account activity to assess credit worthiness and make informed decisions.
- Provide detailed credit analysis and recommend the appropriate credit limit for new customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their financial situation.
- Monitor clients for past due invoices and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.
- Perform a high-volume of collections e-mails and calls, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Set up customers in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
- Perform account payment reconciliations, verifying the accuracy of financial records.
- Apply cash receipts daily, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

About You

- 3+ years of relevant AR experience, with a strong understanding of credit and collections principles.
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision is highly preferred, with experience in using the system to manage credit and collections processes.
- Manufacturing Experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Hourly Rate
$23 - $27 /hour
