Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical demands of the job.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in their work.
