We are seeking a skilled Social Services Professional to join our team at Prokare Support Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support services to clients with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Assess clients' needs and develop personalized plans to ensure their well-being and safety.
- Life Skills Workshops: Implement engaging workshops to help clients develop essential life skills, such as food preparation and household management.
- Counselling and Support: Provide individual and group counselling sessions to clients, addressing their emotional and psychological needs.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement effective treatment programs, including substance abuse and behaviour management initiatives.
- Communication and Liaison: Establish strong relationships with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure seamless support for our clients.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
