Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
