Job Title: Influencer Marketing Director

Edelman is seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Director to lead our fast-growing and constantly evolving national Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results and build strong relationships with clients and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketing experts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including influencer identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting, and reporting
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a high-performing team and leading integrated campaign strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and leading integrated campaign strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously
  • Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, importance, and role of influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
