We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Director to lead our insurance solutions business. As the primary contact for assigned strategic Canadian corporate clients, you will manage all operational and strategic aspects to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned strategic Canadian corporate clients, managing all operational and strategic aspects to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Deepen and expand relationships with key client stakeholders, applying in-depth knowledge of the client's market, industry, and value alignment with our services.
  • Oversight of complex cases, management of escalation processes, and coordination of all stakeholder communications to address client needs efficiently.
  • Identification and implementation of initiatives for operational efficiencies, improved profitability, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Analysis of client trends and collaboration with Business Development to support initiatives that drive account growth and address key underlying trends.
  • Organization of client visits, management of agendas, and production of reports to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Support for the Finance team in collections and statement of account resolutions for escalated cases.
  • Facilitation of the implementation of new clients, products, and services, coordinating with internal teams to meet both client and corporate objectives.
  • Tracking of client performance indicators and provision of timely, relevant reporting on key metrics, supporting informed decision-making for both the client and internal teams.
  • Maintenance of strong knowledge of Canadian market-specific factors, including economic, legislative, and policy impacts.
  • Contribution to annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies in collaboration with Business Development.
  • Identification of competitive trends to inform product and service evolution and active contribution to strategic market development discussions.
  • Leadership of a small team of account managers, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional growth to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience (required).
  • 4+ years of B2B account management experience within a service-based environment (required).
  • Proven track record of successful client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the applicable market languages.
  • Availability to travel as required to support business goals.
What We Offer:
  • Estimated Annual Salary: $104,000 to $115,000 based on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus tied to company performance and profitability, paid out in late fall.
  • Employment Type: Permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week).
  • Work Arrangement: Remote position with occasional travel required to the Windsor office; travel expenses covered by the employer.
  • Vacation: 3 to 4 weeks per year, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package available after 90 days, including medical, dental, telemedicine, and various wellness services.
  • Retirement Savings: Registered Retirement Savings Plan with up to 4% company match.
