Healthcare Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Account Director to join our team at Elite Digital Inc. About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, overseeing client deliverables, and growing business organically. With a strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry's regulatory environment, you will provide strategic oversight and hands-on support to your team. Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of multiple healthcare accounts, including developing and executing strategic plans, managing client relationships, and growing business organically.
- Oversight of client deliverables from strategic inception to timely delivery, ensuring adherence to brand messaging, regulatory requirements, and client-approved budgets.
- Cultivate client relationships and communicate regularly with senior clients, growing the partnership between client and agency.
- Grow business organically by capturing new business opportunities with existing clients and seek out new business opportunities, as appropriate; contribute to RFP process.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma required (business or science degree preferred).
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a Canadian healthcare marketing agency, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A deep understanding and experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry's regulatory environment, including but not limited to PAAB & AdStandards, as well as internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approvals (ie.Veeva).
- An estimated salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
