AQUAPROLE INC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing work to accomplish objectives, and overseeing operational logistics. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. They should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to accomplish objectives
  • Oversee operational logistics, including coordination with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
