We're seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join our team and help us achieve our mission. As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor logistics operations to ensure they run efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain inventory
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately and on time
  • Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory levels
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Work with management to provide operational insights and suggestions

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain or related course and eligible for co-op or internship
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
