Supply Chain Operations Manager

Celestica is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the overall supply chain ramp/execution, ensuring customers' requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global supply chain management, distribution methods, and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle for a specific business unit or customer set
  • Lead efforts to reduce material cost and assess/respond to supply risks
  • Develop delivery requirements, material plans, and short-range capacity plans to meet production schedules and inventory objectives
  • Responsible for customer interface from SCM, including relationship management and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Nine plus years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Celestica offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
