About the Role
The Alliance for Arts and Culture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cultural Operations and Management to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the effective management of our cultural operations and programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to our cultural operations and programs
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of our cultural operations and programs
• Oversee the development and implementation of our annual budget and financial plans related to cultural operations and programs
• Manage our human resources function, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations for cultural operations and programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, finance, and facilities management for cultural operations and programs
• Collaborate with our Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with our organizational goals and objectives
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our staff involved in cultural operations and programs

Requirements
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, public administration, arts administration)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role in arts administration, finance, or human resources
• Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
