At Goh Ballet Academy, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Director. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Director, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and implementing strategies that drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full secretarial and administrative services, including word processing, diary management, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Conserving the Director's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications.
  • Maintaining the Director's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, classes, conferences, and travel.
  • Preparing reports for the board of directors by collecting and analyzing information.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting brand management and strategy, overseeing marketing and promotional activities, and contributing to strategic advertising plans and budgets. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, comfort with technology, and familiarity with social media channels and content scheduling tools will be essential in this role.

To succeed as our Executive Assistant to the Director, you must possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar supporting role.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience in design and marketing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Desire to grow with Goh Ballet Canada and take on increased responsibility as needed.
