We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Head of Sales Engineering to lead our sales engineering team and drive success in our investment management solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales engineering team, developing and executing complex product demonstrations, and working closely with clients to understand their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop the Sales Engineering Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the sales engineering team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and Execute Complex Product Demonstrations: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized product demonstrations that showcase the value of our investment management solutions.
- Collaborate with Clients and Internal Teams: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Developments: Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure our sales engineering team is equipped to deliver the best possible solutions to clients.
- Advanced Degree in Mathematical Finance, Engineering, or Business: A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
- Deep Knowledge of Financial Markets and Buy-Side Investment Processes: A strong understanding of financial markets and buy-side investment processes is essential for success in this role.
- Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in Sales Engineering or a Similar Role: A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role is required for this position.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
