Job Summary

As a key member of our professional team, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performance investment counselling franchises. You will work closely with experienced Investment Counsellors to develop customized investment strategies for high net worth individuals, trusts, and charitable foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve client inquiries, providing recommendations for complex situations.
  • Develop and maintain client profiles, including next steps to increase and solidify relationships.
  • Participate in regional and national projects to improve client solutions and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in constructing customized investment strategies, models, proposals, and action plans for existing and potential clients.
  • Implement action plans and proactively manage client portfolios to ensure high returns and exceptional service.
  • Ensure client portfolios are structured and managed within parameters outlined in the Investment Policy Statement.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of CFA level 1 with intention to complete.
  • CSC certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of investment industry experience.
  • Portfolio management experience (3 years plus).
  • University degree (preferably in business and/or economics).
