We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to lead our Early Childhood Education team at Fueling Brains Academy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children, while also driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our Early Childhood Education team, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of our Early Childhood Education curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Early Childhood Educators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and education to our children.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of our Early Childhood Education centers, including managing budgets, resources, and facilities.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our families and the wider community, ensuring we are responsive to their needs and expectations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and the wider community.
- Certifications: Valid first aid certificate and current criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector check.
