About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator at our commercial paint store in Cambridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Ensure sales transactions are completed accurately and maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint and mix them to customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, and load and unload trucks.
  • Assist with making deliveries as needed.
Requirements
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to distinguish between colors with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or comparable certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to speak a second language.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service.
  • Associate degree or related college courses.
