We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care Coordinator to join our team at WSAudiology. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication and support.
- Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide education and support to clients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and product information.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including attending community events and networking with healthcare providers.
- Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
- Experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is strongly preferred.
- An energetic and self-driven individual with a passion for business development and community partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred for local travel to events and marketing engagements.
