About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Service Manager to join our team at Chetan Catering and Takeout Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily catering operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure profitability and make adjustments as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure catering contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our catering services.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage events and ensure that all logistical details are taken care of.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
