We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Hog Shack Cookhouse. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing way.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
- Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes to the culinary team.
- 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- English language proficiency.
