Job Summary

Fruiticana is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise activities of workers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
