Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Sign Star, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and optimize inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
