Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flour Mill Machine Operator to join our team at Les Aliments Promix Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record production information to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of mill operations.
  • Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions and ensure optimal production quality.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Inform the supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Maintain shift logs of production and other data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines to meet production demands and ensure efficient operation.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience in a food processing plant environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education.
  • Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment, preferably in a flour milling operation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient production operations.
