We are seeking a skilled Flour Mill Machine Operator to join our team at Les Aliments Promix Inc. in a permanent position. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the flour milling equipment to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain flour milling machines to produce high-quality flour
  • Monitor production output and make adjustments as needed to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
