Associate (Hybrid) - Wealth Management Professional

As a Wealth Management Associate in our Hybrid team, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and various collaborators. You will also provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and by email, analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support wealth advisors in their business development, and diligently carry out transactions related to investment accounts.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our Wealth Management team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Hybrid Associate, you will work closely with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules, coordinating advisors' agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing clients' meetings. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a college diploma in a related field, at least one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration, and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. You will also need organizational and priority management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
