Job Summary:

As a Wealth Associate at National Bank Financial, you will play a vital role in supporting investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the management of client relationships, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meeting client requests
* Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments
* Manage client files, including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions
* Analyze and update client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Produce portfolio management reports and administrative management of client files

Requirements:

* Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
* Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
* Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and customer service skills
