In this role as a Wealth Management Associate (Hybrid), you will be part of National Bank's dynamic team, supporting investment advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Analyze client accounts to prepare activities that support investment advisors in their business development, contributing to their growth and success.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions related to investment accounts.
  • Manage client files efficiently, maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings to facilitate seamless interactions.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management rules, ensuring a secure working environment.
About the Team:

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is one of Canada's largest mutual funds brokerage firms, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. As a Wealth Management Associate (Hybrid), you will collaborate with an investment advisor to provide an outstanding client experience, fostering partnership and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:
  • A college diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
