Senior Manager Development, Cards Global Technology Products

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Cards Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and overseeing the development and delivery of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of IT professionals to provide technology guidance, project delivery, vendor management, and production support for multiple applications.
- Oversee the development and delivery of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure high availability, integrity, and reliability of applications that are part of the Credit Card and LoC Ecosystem.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong technical skills, including web services knowledge and cloud platform knowledge (Azure, GCP, APIM).
- Experience with Pega, Mulesoft/Apigee or similar APIM knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent tasks and initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in complex business/technical processes and their application within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster relationships with peers.
- Experience working in Agile labs or using Agile Scrum and Kanban framework.
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related work experience.
- Management Degree/PMP is an asset.
