We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Cards Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals to provide technology guidance, project delivery, vendor management, and production support for multiple applications.

- Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong technical skills, including cloud platform knowledge (Azure, GCP, APIM) and experience with Pega, Mulesoft/Apigee or similar APIM knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent tasks and initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in complex business/technical processes and their application within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster relationships with peers.
- Experience working in Agile labs or using Agile Scrum and Kanban framework.
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related work experience.
- Management Degree/PMP is an asset.
