Senior Manager Development, Cards Global Technology Products

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Cards Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, providing technology guidance, project delivery, vendor management, and production support for multiple applications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of IT professionals to provide technology guidance, project delivery, vendor management, and production support for multiple applications.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and products.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and ensure that expenses are aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong technical skills, including cloud platform knowledge (Azure, GCP, APIM) and web services knowledge.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban framework and ability to lead teams using these methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent tasks and initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in complex business/technical processes and their application within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
