About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a SAP Business One Activation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering our ecosystem of partners and acting as a centralized point of contact for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share relevant information about the product roadmap, learning content, and important updates with our partners.
  • Provide regular guidance and operational support to our partners through the PartnerEdge program.
  • Help our partners maximize the value of their partnership with SAP.
  • Manage proactive services and targeted campaigns at scale to ensure our partners are up to date on relevant product information.
  • Understand technology trends and SAP strategy to influence partner product and GTM strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between internal SAP stakeholders, Business One technical support teams, and our partners.
  • Foster a sense of community among our partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in support, marketing, sales, or Partner Management roles.
  • A bachelor's degree, MBA, or master's degree is preferred.
  • A service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently, learn, and adapt quickly.
  • Advanced English required, both written and spoken.
