Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Water Management Consultant to join our team. As a Water Management Consultant, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, working effectively with all other channels, and taking the initiative on water treatment opportunities from lead qualification through best sales practices, quotation, close, installation, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building
    • Accountable for building long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Responsible for working effectively with all other channels to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Take the initiative on water treatment opportunities from lead qualification through best sales practices, quotation, close, installation, and follow-up.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with team members to refine, implement, and deliver sales results and achieve KPIs.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Accountable for delivering high levels of customer service based on a thorough understanding of the operating model.
    • Responsible for the effective management and resolution of customer concerns and issues.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills enable the building of long-term customer relationships.
    • Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets (meeting or exceeding goals).
    • In-home sales experience is preferred.
    • Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and quality targets.
    • Ability to work flexible working hours, as some evenings and weekends are required.
