Job Title: Bell Attendant-Ski Valet

Imagine arriving at a stunning slope-side hotel after a day on the slopes. We're seeking a Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services Team, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including luggage handling, answering inquiries, and providing hotel orientations.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, as well as assist with ski and snowboard storage.
  • Conduct parking lot sweeps, keep the front entrance clean, and run amenities as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and friendly presence within the Front Office areas.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Front Office team or equivalent customer-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of hotel systems, specifically Opera, is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
  • A valid BC Class 5 driver's license or equivalent.
