We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Attendant - Ski Valet to join our team at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

• Guest Services: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, loading and unloading luggage, and answering general inquiries about the hotel and resort.
• Luggage Handling: Transport luggage to guest rooms for arrivals and departures, and provide temporary storage as needed.
• Car Jockeying: Park and retrieve guest vehicles upon arrival and departure.
• Front Office Support: Maintain a professional appearance and friendly presence within the Front Office areas, answering telephones, and directing calls appropriately.
• Guest Experience: Act as an ambassador of the hotel and resort, providing direction and insight on internal and external events, and interacting with guests throughout their stay.

• Experience: Previous experience in a Front Office team or equivalent customer-facing role, with a working knowledge of hotel systems and computer systems such as Microsoft Office.
• Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
• Skills: Professional, well-organized, and exceptional guest service skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a valid BC Class 5 driver's license or equivalent.
