Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is properly managed.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
