At Ring-a-wing, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
