Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of our solutions, including the ability to create system designs with associated BOMs.
- Define product and functional requirements based on customer needs.
- Assist in the development of tailored sales tools and presentations to help customers successfully position, sell, deploy, and use our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Cold call identified clients to expand our customer base.
- Support accounts in responding to RFPs.
- Provide technical training to dealers, end-users, and consultants.
- Forecast, manage, and report on ongoing sales and pipeline activity.
- Track the effectiveness of programs and associated ROI.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to secure special pricing and close deals.
- Communicate regularly with assigned accounts.
- Research technical information on product requests.
- Update customer records and forecasting in the CRM for tracking.
