About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of our delicious food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Team Support
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for staff
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
