About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
