Job DescriptionIn this role as a Healthcare Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, entering client data into databases, and assisting pharmacists in various tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, compound preparation, and managing routine office functions such as reception, telephone, and appointment booking.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a college diploma or equivalent certification from a program of 1-2 years, as well as at least 7 months of experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
