At Smoke 2 Snack, we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform tasks related to payroll administration and oversee the maintenance of accurate records
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of office services and make recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. They will be proficient in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
