Art Institution Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Art Institution Manager to oversee the daily operations of our school of art. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and organizing events, managing budgets, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Planning: Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure the smooth running of the school of art.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Budget Management: Plan and control budgets to ensure the school of art operates within its financial means.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30-40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
