Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Art Institution Manager to oversee the daily operations of our school of art. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in managing staff and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, driving growth and engagement.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment, 30 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
