Art Institution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School of Art Manager to join our team at N/A. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school of art, ensuring that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our school of art, ensuring that our programs and services align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our school of art, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Client Focus: Foster a client-focused culture within our school of art, ensuring that our programs and services meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with our clients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Ability to focus on client needs and expectations.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
