Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Manchanda Corporations Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
  • Establish work schedules
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Work Environment

The Front End Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
