Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Manchanda Corporations Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
  • Establish work schedules
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Oversee payroll administration
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
