Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Landscape Labourer to join our team at Brar Fencing & Landscaping Ltd. The successful candidate will assist with various landscape construction tasks, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as cutting grass and removing litter and garbage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a visually appealing landscape.
  • Cut grass and remove litter and garbage to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to promote healthy growth.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers and trimmers.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial properties. The work environment will be dusty and hot at times, and the candidate must be able to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but the candidate must be willing to train.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
