Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Bees Sentinel Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are aligned with business objectives and goals.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security or supervisory role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Reliability and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
